But you'll also see it in our other selections — as we seek to celebrate small, regional winemakers from around the world. People whose wines tell a story...embody a place...speak a language.
Thus the word "terroir" (pronounced tehr-war) — a French term that simply means each wine is bestowed with the special characteristics of its geography. This is an important principle for us. Through it, we see that wine becomes more than a beverage, but rather a way to stay connected — to each other and to the environment.

As for our food, we keep it close to home, too. Local. Sustainable. Organic. Flavorful. That’s what we offer in our selection of meat, dairy, produce, flours, and sugars. In essence, small plates that are approachable, communal, and wine-focused. Foods that change based on the season, offering you something new and interesting every time you come!
